Correction,
`$ sudo iotools mmio_read32 "${MCH_PKG_POWER_LIMIT_LO}"` => 0x0000815e
should be
`$ sudo iotools mmio_read32 "${MCH_PKG_POWER_LIMIT_HI}"` => 0x0000815e
