PS4, Line 16: CONFIG_IFD_BIN_PATH="site-local/tiogapass/descriptor.bin"
IFD path should be left as default since it's committed to the blobs repo (3rdparty/blobs/mainboard/$(MAINBOARDDIR)/descriptor.bin)
