Part of the checks that `init_console_ptr` does is it verifies the cbmem_console size matches the region size. See https://source.chromium.org/chromiumos/chromiumos/codesearch/+/main:src/thir...

`cbmem_tx_byte` also verifies the size.

I think the cbmemc code is pretty secure.
