intel/i82371: Remove HAVE_ACPI_RESUME

This is needed to apply a rule that get_top_of_ram() in romstage is
    required to select HAVE_ACPI_RESUME, otherwise chipset/board has no
    means to backup low memory to CBMEM on s3 resume.

Only board affected is asus/p2b.
