src: Remove redundant  <device/pnp_def.h>

When <device/pnp.h> is needed, supposed to provide <device/pnp_def.h>.
So remove redundant <device/pnp_def.h> includes.
I'll remove also <device/pnp_type.h> in a separate patch.
