I felt there is no relation between VBOOT_LID_SWITCH config related refactoring  and what the rest of the CLs does to detect the external display presence or not.

Hence, I will rebase CB:78078 at ToT and keep the VBOOT_LID_SWITCH refactoring Cls as is to allow more time before deciding a path.
