sb/intel/lynxpoint: Fix VBOOT with !CONFIG_INTEL_LYNXPOINT_LP

The Intel Basking Ridge CRB does not have a Lynxpoint LP CRB but was
using the lp gpio code instead of the intel/southbridge/common code in
verstage.
