This should check for `google_chromeec_check_feature(EC_FEATURE_TYPEC_REQUIRE_AP_MODE_ENTRY)` instead of requiring caller to do that. Also, if you want to avoid making this feature call for every port, you can stash that in a static bool flag here to ensure it is sent only once.
