AMD Olive Hill: Remove default VBIOS vendor/device ID
The VBIOS device ID is set by processor family using the map_oprom_vendev() function in the northbridge code. There is rarely a reason why this should be overridden by the mainboard. Since Kabini includes a default VBIOS vendor/device ID in the northbridge Kconfig code, remove the setting from the Olive Hill mainboard settings.
