Wait, I have the schematics, why am I wasting my time not checking them? So, they say:

DDI1 => DP connector
DDI2 => MCDP2800 IC => HDMI connector
DDI3 => DSL6540 Alpine Ridge

As Nico said, there is an active DP-to-HDMI converter on DP2. However, DP1 could also work with a passive adapter (although not HDMI 2.0). The schematics mention that it is DP + HDMI.

Also, don't forget about the TBT controller! It probably doesn't work, but it should be enabled.
