without creating separate GPMR driver, it's *mostly* not possible to separate out SoC changes. You can check https://review.coreboot.org/c/coreboot/+/63170/9. It's too tightly coupled.

Please help to suggest a better way if you think that maintain the git history and same time support incremental changes.
