nb/intel/sandybridge: x86_64 support

Add experimental x86_64 support for native raminit.
The MRC blobs isn't supported yet as there's no x86_32 wrapper.

Tested on HP Z220:
* Still boots on x86_32.
* Boots to payload with CB:37395 applied on x86_64.
