Intel 5000: udelay.c: Remove redundant `tsc = rdtsc();`

Remove the `tsc = rdtsc();` line which is in the do-while-loop
    already.

The `udelay.c` files of the northbridges i945 and Sandy Bridge
    do not have that line either.
