PS8, Line 309: 		       PCH_IOAPIC_ID, ioapic_bdf.bus, ioapic_bdf.dev, ioapic_bdf.fn);
should use acpi_create_dmar_ds_ioapic_from_hw() instead as SPR FSP does not configure PCH_IOAPIC_ID.
