[coreboot-gerrit] Patch merged into coreboot/master: 6fab365 gpio: compile gpio.c at all stages

the following patch was just integrated into master:

gpio: compile gpio.c at all stages

Since gpio.c is more generic now and will be used in various
    stages (ie for board_id()), compile it for all stages.
