[WIP]aopen/dxplplusu: Support SMM_ASEG and SMM_TSEG

Both SMM_ASEG and SMM_TSEG choices work.

There is periodic TCO timeout occuring.
At least with DEBUG_SMI kernel reports low memory corruption.
