i like that the feature capabilities are now passed as parameters avoiding the use of weak functions; makes at least for me the code cleaner and easier to follow.
i don't have a too strong opinion about where the code should be located right now; if it's not xeon specific, having it in the common acpi code might be useful. haven't looked at the cxl implementation and requirements on the amd side of things yet to see if this can be used by both like the pci domain ssdt generator
