mb/intel/mtlrvp: Select SOC_INTEL_METEORLAKE_U_P

Intel/MTLRVP is built with Intel Meteor Lake-U SoC, so select it.
Currently, there is no functional difference, but in the future FSP
UPD parameters can be overridden properly.
