[coreboot-gerrit] Patch merged into coreboot/master: skylake: enumerate the SMI status fields

skylake: enumerate the SMI status fields

Provide #defines for the bit fields in the SMI status register.
    This allows for one to set the callback accordingly without
    hard coding the index.
