util/liveiso/nixos/graphical: Preconfigure some Gnome settings
These settings are not a must, but nice to have. The most noteworthy setting is `sleep-inactive-ac-type`, which is set to `nothing` so that the target doesn't go into suspend when AC is used as power supply and it's unused for a while.
