How confident are we there won't be multiple build rules for static.c if we are to use the below build rule as you suggested?

`$(call src-to-obj,ramstage,$(obj)/mainboard/$(CONFIG_MAINBOARD_DIR)/static.c): CPPFLAGS_ramstage += -include mainboard.h`
