device: Increate DEVICE_PATH_MAX to 40

This change increases the maximum length of device path string to 40
characters to accommodate growing hierarchy of devices.

TEST=Ensured that "_SB.PCI0.LPCB.EC0.CREC.TUN0.RT58" is correctly
added to SSDT.
