[coreboot-gerrit] Patch merged into coreboot/master: smaug: Set LDO2 voltage to 1.8V

the following patch was just integrated into master:

smaug: Set LDO2 voltage to 1.8V

LDO2 regulator is used as an always-on reference for the droop alert
    circuit. Set output voltage to match kernel settings.
