[WIP]mb/google/brya: Work around a GCC LTO bug

Work around a GCC LTO bug. GCC with LTO hits a bug on code meant for
real DIMMS. Increase the SPD buffer to counter that garbage collected
buffer overflow.

Let's see if CI needs this more broadly?
