from what i heard, this is probably decoded positively on intel server cpus and not subtractively. on amd it's definitely positively decoded, so i dropped the IORESOURCE_SUBTRACTIVE flag there; see https://review.coreboot.org/c/coreboot/+/74717/19/src/soc/amd/common/block/d...
