Any progress on getting the specification released?

I'm very confused that this should be OVER 2.1. Intel already
mentioned that Skylake would be 3.0r0 [1], they just didn't
update the VBIOS number for unknown reasons. It seems ok
to set OVER to 2.1 for a new revision, but does the document
really say that it is about OpRegion 2.1? Or is this a mixup
with the document revision maybe that just happens to be 2.1
as well?
