FSP used on chromeos devices are coming from chrome-internal repo and I don't think we can either redistribute those to upstream coreboot project or we are using direct blobs released by Intel (over FSP github repo). Hence, I don't think the CL is even relevant for us. this is more over to build the ADL using upstream coreboot (which covers chromeos devices as well).

Now coming to dropping unused FSP modules, that is only applicable for ADL-N FSP repo and we have cherry-picked those CLs into respective project FSP branch. Such logic is not applicable for ADL-P FSP repo and brya variants.
