[coreboot-gerrit] Patch merged into coreboot/master: 648d166 copy_and_run: drop boot_complete parameter

the following patch was just integrated into master:

copy_and_run: drop boot_complete parameter

Since this parameter is not used anymore, drop it from
    all calls to copy_and_run()
