drivers/intel/fsp2_0: Add FSP-I and FSP-O

Add FSP header attributes for FSP-I and FSP-O as defined in
FSP specification 2.4.

An FSP may include optional OEM components that provide OEM
extensibility. This component shall have an FSP_INFO_HEADER with
component type in Image attribute field set to FSP-O.
