PS2, Line 8: Accepted GSoC applicants receive a stipend, paid by Google, to work on
           : well-defined projects
Reading through this again, this wording might imply that the stipend is dependent solely on being accepted, whereas a stipend is paid out for each of the two evaluations that are passed.
