Makefile.mk: Remove Wno-packed-not-aligned flag

commit 035ee6a6 (Makefile.inc: disable warnings on unaligned struct
members) added Wno-packed-not-aligned to silent GCC warning. Now, this
GCC's flag is not needed anymore.
