soc/intel/skylake: Drop EXCLUDE_NATIVE_SD_INTERFACE

EXCLUDE_NATIVE_SD_INTERFACE is used to exclude some ACPI code which is
specific for its internal SD card controller, while ACPI code for other
unused controllers is still included. Since this option doesn't do
anything useful, drop it.
