Hi Meera, 
As we're preparing the SW bundle to upcoming Primus DVT build, we may need this change to verify the process of the DVT pilot which including suspend stress test. If ES CPU will not be used in the future, we'd like to use this CL as work around to make suspend stress worked for Primus EVT unit first. Please share the platform level patch when it's available. We'll follow up and verify it on Primus EVT units.
