The README is quite unorganized and I don't think just adding stuff makes it bettet. […]
From an extremely quick glance, the README and the new Documentation folder seem to be disjoint in some way, as if (at least partially) oblivious of the other's existence. It would be good to reference the Documentation folder from the top-level README (why isn't it a README.md instead?).
