I own such a card:
RIVA TNT2 Model 64/Model 64 Pro
Which is listed by the flashrom wiki as a working programmer.
Any idea how to connect a DIP32 over this card?
There is a Holtek Eeprom on it, and I would like to know if I could
flash LPC chips with (the bus type seems to be CHIP_BUSTYPE_PARALLEL).

"In July 2005, after several failed attempts to legalise software
patents in Europe, the patent establishment changed its strategy.
Instead of explicitly seeking to sanction the patentability of
software, they are now seeking to create a central European patent
court, which would establish and enforce patentability rules in their
favor, without any possibility of correction by competing courts or
democratically elected legislators."

The ICH10 data sheet is explicit on SPOP selecting "one of the two
programmed prefix opcodes". So 2 does not mean both, but preop1.
