Multilanguage wiki

Hi, right now the flashrom wiki is English-only and that is a big barrier for many people who don't speak English well (or at all). There have been offers by various people to translate key contents of the wiki to Russian and German, and I hope we can integrate multilanguage support in a way that works well and does not need excessive effort from translators. There are two decisions we have to make: 1. URL schema for pages in non-English languages 2. URL schema for pages in English Current schema is www.flashrom.org/$PAGENAME One of the possible future schemata is: www.flashrom.org/$LANG/$PAGENAME The old www.flashrom.org/$PAGENAME would redirect to www.flashrom.org/en/$PAGENAME Alternatives: www.flashrom.org/wiki/$LANG/$PAGENAME www.flashrom.org/$LANG/wiki/$PAGENAME $LANG.flashrom.org/$PAGENAME $LANG.flashrom.org/wiki/$PAGENAME There are probably more options, but I wanted to start a discussion. Feel free to suggest totally different schemata, I'll listen. There is one big caveat: The planned schema needs to be implementable with Mediawiki (and as few hacks as possible). Thanks! I believe the second PCI subsystem ID was wrong in your patch (should be 103c:2a0a). If I change it to this it works. New patch and log attached. -mattias

Asus P4SC-E

Hi, I'm trying flashrom (r1099) on an Asus P4SC-E mainboard (originally part of Asus Terminator P4 533A "Barebone" system). No flash chip or super i/o is found. Flash is an SST39SF020A Super I/O is (I think) an ITE IT8707F Latest BIOS: ftp://ftp.asus.com.tw/pub/ASUS/Barebone/Terminator-P4-533/bios/P4sce013.zip Logs attached. Thanks, -mattias

[PATCH] FT2232_SPI: Support for JTAGkey2

Hi, here is the patch I used to flash via an Amontec JTAGkey2, see http://www.amontec.com/jtagkey2.shtml http://www.amontec.com/jtagkey.shtml This FTDI 2232H variant has an additional output enable, which will be set to its "on" (L) when CS is pulled low. But it lacks a power supply - so you need an external 3V3 source. The attached patch adds "jtagkey" as "type" parameter for FT2232_SPI. It should work in theory with all JTAGkeys (JTAGkey, JTAGkey-tiny and JTAGkey2) but I only have a JTAGkey2 here for testing.
