I think, if you need a flashrom urgently, it will be much more convenient
to just boot a LiveCD / LiveUSB with some user-friendly Linux like Linux
Mint or Ubuntu on this PC with Win10, install a flashrom from a distro
repository with a command like "sudo apt-get install flashrom" (that's if
you don't feel like building it from the source, which is also very
simple), read some dumps with a flashrom-supported programmer and then copy
them to a Windows partition of your hard drive.
