I tried to read (and possibly program) a 34C02, using a CH341A programmer.
I found that this IC is possibly not supported. Will there be a support for this device in future?

that sounds like an I2C EEPROM chip, which is generally not supported (and unlikely to be supported in the future). For 24C chips I usually recommend to look at Linux kernel drivers; not sure if 34C (actually never heard of it before) chips are supported too.
