i just got the flashrom utility from svn. Development System was voyage-0.8.0 Linux http://linux.voyage.hk/ ( Debian based ) After compiling and reading the bios, i tested writing and it worked. Great Job Guys :-) Here are the information needed.

thanks for your report! I have marked the flash chip as fully tested and added the alix board to our list of supported hardware. I will commit that later together with other small changes.
