please try to always "reply to all" to include the flashrom.org address in destinations. you will get faster and better answers.
i dont have time now to look at that problem, but it does not look too good from a first glance imho.

I am using an Asus laptop model M6Ne, the exact type of board I don't know. I've attached some information based on output using the following commands: flashrom -V, lspci -nnvvvxxx and superiotool -deV. Maybe this can help you?

if possible please try a newer version and provide us a verbose log (-V parameter). either 0.9.3 or even better compile the svn version from source: http://flashrom.org/Downloads
