Hi all,
I've got the "0x05 TPM error in read-only firmware" on my Samsung Cromebook
XE303C12, it looks like the TPM chip is dead and does not communicate. Is
there a chance to bypass the chip, e.g. b flushing a custom firmware (and
using Linux, because the ChromeOS requires secure boot)?
If so, is nv-U-Boot the correct firmware?
If not, is it possible to (unsolder and) replace the chip? I understand the
chip holds the security key, so, it should be pre-programmed first?
Thank you,
Jaroslav
