Ok here are some more details about the Laptop:
Model: Samsung NP-R719-FA01DE Mainboard: CANNES-L,PGA,DDR2,1MB L2 Cache,N10M-LP,SATA,-,Intel PM45 Part Code: BA92-05835A
The BIOS is downloadable from Samsung Support site. Last version: 09CI It comes as packed .exe file. I have it extracted it and get the following structure:
09CIM060.wph 1.613.930 30.11.2012 08:35 -a-- AddMem.sys 3.205 30.11.2012 08:35 -a-- ConResChs.dll 65.536 30.11.2012 08:35 -a-- ConResCht.dll 65.536 30.11.2012 08:35 -a-- ConResEn.dll 69.632 30.11.2012 08:35 -a-- ConResFr.dll 69.632 30.11.2012 08:35 -a-- ConResGr.dll 69.632 30.11.2012 08:35 -a-- ConResKr.dll 65.536 30.11.2012 08:35 -a-- ConResPo.dll 69.632 30.11.2012 08:35 -a-- ConResRu.dll 69.632 30.11.2012 08:35 -a-- ConResSp.dll 69.632 30.11.2012 08:35 -a-- devcon.exe 80.896 30.11.2012 08:35 -a-- mfc42.dll 995.383 30.11.2012 08:35 -a-- msvcp60.dll 401.462 30.11.2012 08:35 -a-- msvcrt.dll 266.293 30.11.2012 08:35 -a-- PHLASH_32.INI 235 30.11.2012 08:35 -a-- PHLASH_64.INI 302 30.11.2012 08:35 -a-- PhlashLc_32.dll 204.800 30.11.2012 08:35 -a-- PhlashLc_64.dll 200.704 30.11.2012 08:35 -a-- PhlashNT_32.sys 40.120 30.11.2012 08:35 -a-- PhlashNT_64.sys 47.160 30.11.2012 08:35 -a-- SABI2.dll 53.248 30.11.2012 08:35 -a-- SWinFlash_32.exe 319.488 30.11.2012 08:35 -a-- SWinFlash_64.exe 299.008 30.11.2012 08:35 -a-- WinUp64_V01.exe 327.680 30.11.2012 08:35 -a-- WinUpV01_10.exe 122.880 30.11.2012 08:35 -a--
As you can see the BIOS file 09CIM060.wph has just a size of 1.613.930. The dump from chip is 2.097.152.
ok in that case a colleague suggested that the file is probably compressed and can be decompressed with a tool contained in the bios_extract repository named bcpvpd you can find it here http://review.coreboot.org/gitweb?p=bios_extract.git;a=summary
i have not tried it on that file, please try yourself. if it works and expands to the right size you can flash it. if not we would like to hear about it :)

Ok I have tried to use bcpvpd but it was not working because of an incorrect input file format.
So I have done the following steps now:
1. Extract the .wph file from Bios .exe file (result see my last answer)
2. Loading the .wph file into Phoenix WinPhlash v1.7.16.0 to get some more information about the Bios (see attached log file)
3. Decompressed the .wph file with PhoenixTool v2.11 into several single Bios module files. I guess it is the same what bcpvpd would have
