flashrom patch for ST Micro Connect Lite

Hello,

I'd like to summit a simple patch for a ST Micro Connect Lite for use 
witch flashrom (R.1657)
The device is FT2232H based (second channel used by serial port) and it 
is sufficient to add VID / PID:

I successfully read a Winbond W25Q80.

We need you to sign it off to commit it though, see
http://www.coreboot.org/Development_Guidelines#Sign-off_Procedure

Why did you put it on pastbin instead of inlining it? Please don't do
that for patches if you don't have a very good reason, thanks.
