Split off programmer.h from flash.h. Programmer specific functions are of absolutely no interest to any file except those dealing with programmer specific actions (special SPI commands and the generic core).
The new header structure is as follows (and yes, improvements are possible): flashchips.h flash chip IDs chipdrivers.h chip-specific read/write/... functions flash.h common header for all stuff that doesn't fit elsewhere hwaccess.h hardware access functions programmer.h programmer specific functions coreboot_tables.h inherited header from coreboot, internal programmer only spi.h SPI command definitions (do we want the same for JEDEC?)
NOTE: This patch was created after running svn cp flash.h programmer.h and if you want to apply it, please run the same command before running patch. Due to this, the diff for programmer.h is not about what I added to programmer.c, but rather about what I removed from flash.h to get programmer.c.
Compile tested.

Yep, makes sense.
The new header structure is as follows (and yes, improvements are possible): flashchips.h flash chip IDs chipdrivers.h chip-specific read/write/... functions
flash.h common header for all stuff that doesn't fit elsewhere
I'd even rename this one to flashrom.h in another patch, the name is not quite fitting here IMHO.

Indeed. We should make sure that the rename is seen as such by svn to avoid losing history.
