Hi; No I dont tried it, because the flashrom report scared me, and I did not want to take any risks. Sorry, but I do not find flashrom report very explicit.
another point : in Flashrom web; page Supported Hardware, noted MS7816(H87-G43), MS7816 is ref for Z87-G43.
