I do not know if the common rule is to add full stops at the end of sentences or not.
i tried to keep the patch as small as possible in the case of comment changes and to unify formating with other near comments. my own rule for full stops would be: complete, grammatically correct sentences should have a full stop, incomplete ones/phrases should not. i dont see ANY rule used for this in ichspi.c though :)
