Stefan Tauner is right you have to take a look at the documentations (http://flashrom.org/Downloads#Binary_packages),%C2%A0 there it's the answer.
Anyway being you unable to compile it by yourself following the instructions, here you go where you can take a chance:

You may find usable Windows binaries there, but please pay attention that they are usually untested and not recommended to be trusted blindly.
