I've read you are interested in information on successful flashing
So today I've flashed with flashrom v.1.3.0 on Linux 
6.3.12-200.fc38.x86_64 (x86_64)
through ch341a_spi
flash chip - N25Q128..3E
now I have a librebooted laptop HP9470M
