I encountered an error updating the serial number for a chromebook.
Per the error instructions, I am sending this message and it is
telling me to not reboot or power off.

Hello James,

What is the exact error you are having, and do you have logs?
Which flashrom commands were you running?

Also, I read the confidentiality footer in your email, and, just in
