I can confirm that the Suprmicro X7SPA-H board can be safely flashed using flashrom. A similar board is listed in the wiki, but for the sake of completeness add this one as well. The full verbose flash and verify can be found here if interested:

Yes, it is important to look at the log because it is sometimes misinterpreted (namely when everything was skipped without warning).
